Malware Warning - Get Rid of It?

This is my 3rd site and 3rd RT site that has been hit with Google's "Malware Virus" warning and unfortunately I am losing clients and time on this matter. I am hoping that on this site, someone will be able to provide a solution.
My webhost and tech guy is sick of hearing from me and he has tried almost everything that he can.
We updated this template over a month or so ago to the latest version of Joomla 1.0 at that time to prevent the Malware Attack. Couldn't upgrade to 1.5 for some reason.
Brief Summary:
Google warning came up on 15th of July (Google Safe Browsing Report).
My Tech guy using Google' Diagnostic Tools a (clean site) on July 25.
Resubmit to Google for Review.
Site appeared to be good for a couple days, no Google warning but that may have been just a fluke with the browser I was using.
Google flags site again at some point on July 29 according to Google's Safe Browsing Report.
The site is http://www.wluoralstudiessite.ca
Joomla 1.0 (updated 4 - 6 weeks ago to the latest version at that time).

I believe my Tech Guy has tried these.
Is there any specific tool (software) that I can use that shows the bad code? I am on Mac. What does Google use to sniff out bad code?
Getting desparate!
