Hi
My webserver host hav closed my email account where i stored my password and username for rockettheme templateclub. Luckily i am abel to log in using my old OS where my pw and username still is stored in my browser.
The problem now is that i canot change anything, not e mail or pw without knowing my old pw. How can this dillema be fixed, I was planning to install a new os so i will eventualy lose my stored account info.
Any help please

Hello Age,
Don't be panic. It's great you can still log in.
So, you can now go to your profile page.
Then in the right side, there is a link "Account Related Settings"
Click it.
There you can see your username and your email in this forum.
Remember it (or take a note :d)
Then now, you log out. Click "Forgot Your Password?" in the right top of this page.
www.rockettheme.com/Forgot_Password/
Then enter your username and your email.
The new password will be sent soon.

The problem is just that the password will be sendt to an emailaccount that dont exist anymore, so there is no way i can read it

In this case, I think only Andy can change your email.
PS: Did your hosting close your email account without any notification?

Age, send me an email to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. with your username and the new email and i'll fix/update your pw.
