Entitlements for RocketTheme confusion

Hello,
I have read everything I can find and this has probably been addressed before but I am confused about RocketTheme entitlement. If I use a RocketTheme template to build a site and then leave that site running - are future entitlement fee's owed to RocketTheme for the extended period the site runs and is using the template?? Or is the entitlement a fee to install the template and participate in forums, etc. here and the site can continue running without future fees? Is the licensing the same also for PHPBB3 templates? Thanks! -Mike

Once you purchase an entitlement, you can leave the site running forever, entitlements don't expire.
Entitlement = one live site.
Continuing your membership allows you access to the forums, when your subscription to the club expires, you lose access to the forums. - Thanks,
