    Help with SEO settings

    • Hi,

      I'm a new Joomla user so please forgive me if this is something simple.

      When I check yes to "Search engine friendly URL's" in the global configuration panel, my site seems to loose all it's CSS info. I basically get a text HTML looking site. When I uncheck "Search engine frindly URL's" the site returns to normal.

      Also, when I check the "search engine friendly URL's" nothing changes in the URL's, they remain long and messy. I'm I right in supposing this setting should have been checked before the pages were created? Should I delete my pages and start again with this option checked?
