this dumb host *cough*siteground*cough* charges for every single little technical support thing!
So i go to cancel my account (only 2nd day and i hate them already) and so i figur ill get a refund for any thing it cost me... NO read this!:
Please note that after you confirm the cancellation request your account will immediately suspended and all data hosted on the account will be deleted.
If you complete your cancellation in the first 30 days after your account was setup you may receive a partial refund. This will happen if the fees listed below do not sum up to an amount bigger than your initial payment:
1. We will withhold a setup and processing fee of $24.95
2. We will withhold the applicable domain name registration fee - $14.95 per each year of registration.
That is the first time i have come across a company that doesn't just refund you if its within 30 days!
only good thing about these people was super fast technical support... well i'm going to dreamhost now....

oh wow,
i am with siteground for a long time and had lots of support issues fixed within less than an hour.
never had any reason to complain about them.
what did they want to charge you for?!

sorry about being late... was away fixing some peoples computers back were i use to live
they wanted me to pay them to install a template (kinda understandable) but then kept telling me there were several things outdated on my account that i should update but it was going to cost me money.... i just signed up they should keep there system updated not make me update!
yes they were fast at least....
but the biggest thing that aggravated me was the fact that you can't get your money back...whats up with that? every body dose a money back guarantee
