Can't Find the Instructions

I installed the RokBridge, seems to be working OK. It came w/ 3 modules that extend its capabilities but I don't see any instructions how to use these.
The modules are shown here http://www.rockettheme.com/extensions-downloads/club/1006-rokbridge like how do I use them?

From what I can read, the Latest Posts module is installed and displayed as usual into your Joomla website, and it gets its information from the forum software. I assume that you use the other two modules in a similar way. With the Login module, you will need to turn off the Joomla login module.
If you have problems, you could also ask for help in the Rokbridge forum further down the forum list here.

- On the Downloads page at www.rockettheme.com/extensions-downloads/club/1006-rokbridge - 3 modules that are addons for Rokbridge. They are just below the Rokbridge download.

If you can't find them in the files that you downloaded to get Rokbridge, just download the separate ones. Can't hurt anything!

- They do not come as a package. You can use them as a package, download them seperately.
