    • I know this is totally unrelated to rockettheme but I have found good advice here in the past



      Where would I start if I wanted to make a vid like that?

    • Adobe Premiere and/or After Effects. yes, it's expensive. The tutorials on Lynda.com for Premiere & AE are excellent - get their free trial for a month, you can actually get through a lot of them in that time. I'm nowhere near that level of animation with text, but I have been able to do a couple cool things in Premiere this summer even after just going through the videos. Hope this helps!

    • Looks like you'll need After Effects, too.

      Look for bundle pricing, a suite, etc, vs. a standalone version of Premiere.
