Pay Pal code shows only once using NO editor, then gone

    • I am deselecting the editor so my PayPal Code won;'t be stripped away. It works on the first preview, and then it goes away after I reset the global config. to use editor. I'm using Versatility 3. I know this is not a knew subject, but I can't find the answer.....

    • After you change the configuration to use the editor, do you re-open again the code so it's messed up?

    • UH..let me go do it again and see if I'm being a moron. I don't think so. I believe I saved the file, and saw it in preview. Then I changed the global config. I went back later and opened the file I think. So are you saying if I re-open that page again the editor will scrub the code then as well????

    • Yes, I think when you re-open the page when you have the editor enabled, the editor might have messed it up.

Would you please try re-input the code again without editor, then enable the editor, don't re-open the page, and see whether the code is working?

    • Hey Arifin, it is exactly that scenario. I can turn off the editor, paste the paypal code, save, preview and it's there. If I reopen the page and edit a bit with the editor off, save , preview, it's there. If I turn on the editor, re-open the file, and close without saving, preview, it's there...BUT,m if I resave the file, with editor on ..IT"S HISTORY... so, i won't do that again... :) Thanks as usual. You're a huge help around here.....I am VERY pleased to be a part of the community and I recommend it often...
