I am having trouble.
Yesterday:
When I enable RokNavMenu I get:
Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class RokNavMenuFormatter in /home/bren/public_html/modules/mod_roknavmenu/formatters/default.php on line 17
Today:
I used RocketLauncher and now I get:
Fatal error: Call to undefined method stdClass::onAuthenticate() in /home/bren/public_html/libraries/joomla/user/authentication.php on line 121
I have followed the instructions. Nothing works. There is no number to call. No one responses to the forumn posts. I am running a business and cleints are waiting.

as far as I now you shouldnt enable RokNav ... it just needs to be there ... just installed but not enabled ...
I used the Rocketlauncher too and had no problems ...
(Be sure your server meets the minimum requirements ... php5 ...)

- Always upgrade to the latest versions, that includes Joomla, the template and the modules. I suspect your RokNavMenu is outdated.

Here are some tips to getting help in the RT community by Me, Wingman
#1 - Be polite.
#2 - Note: we all have clients) Insure you software is up date and that you did follow the instructions. (Updates and following directions tend to solve a lot of problems, hence if your clients are waiting - I would be embarrassed if it was because I didn't update or read instructions).
#3 - this a community based forum, being a part of it requires that we work together. Hence, when someone helps you or resolves your issues - it is nice to say thank you. Also, stepping up is a good thing too, because if your in the wrong and were rude - I guarantee as a member (remember, I don't work here and staff is not responsible for updating your site or sitting there reading the instructions to you over the phone. Again, I am not speaking for the excellent staff of RT, I am speaking as a member of this community, for myself. If your not sure what that means - I don't work for Rockettheme.com so they are not liable for anything I have said on here. Any way back to the statement - I can guarantee that I won't be going out of my way to help anyone who doesn't play nice. While yes, your are a newbie and I can cut slack...your are still human and an adult...responsible for your actions.)
