Membership Management?

Hope I'm posting in the right place, but I could have sworn that some months or a year ago Andy was talking about launching a membership management extension. Is this out yet or still in the works?
I am looking to create an e-Learning Membership site using Joomla and would really love to find out the best and most cost-effective way to create one.

At present a management subscription extension is not available through RT.
There are however extensions available through http://www.joomla.org

Hi Nanci,
Thanks so much for your answer. I have been through the extensions area and haven't found secure (where folder w/ e-learning files could be protected) besides aMember with the bridge. I'll keep looking. I hope Andy re-thinks the membership extension at some time as I trust Rocket Theme products and the staff.
