      I'm about to embark on a massive project. I need to create a HUGE site for the company I am currently employed by.

      We are using net suite for our online store side. I need to port the whole online store into my joomla site and I am looking for possible solutions to this, the net suite site does not offer much info on this and no ones seems to be integrating a CMS with there net suite stores at the moment.

      I have a few questions but I will start with these two.

      Q1: Suppose I have the url " www.mysite.com " and Its running joomla, then I have my store on " www.store.mysite.com " and use the wrapper tool to embed the " www.store.mysite.com " into the " www.mysite.com " site.

      Would this effect my SEO rankings badly? Would google index everything on that page? Even though its really 2 pages? (2 urls)

      Q2: Also, Suppose I have the url " www.mysite.com " I have JAVA app/tool on " www.app.mysite.com "
      and use the wrapper tool to embed the " www.app.mysite.com " into the " www.mysite.com " site would
      it be possible to hide the " www.app.mysite.com " from people seaching but not from the index spiders?

      At the moment we are trying to implement a new site and we have a huge tool that has been developed over time, I want to use it but I only want people to access it through my domain and not access it through my sub domain, the sub domain should only be accessible by my wrapper function. (it would be nice if people could not browse it with out the wrapper page around it)

      I know this is a kind strange question but I want to find the fastest way to use these tools in conjunction with joomla!
