- I am building a website for an indie artist and need to know if there is a good paypal plugin/module that I can use to sell his CD catalog.... Any direction would be appreciated!

You either need to use a module like
www.rockettheme.com/extensions-joomla/rokquickcart
or a full feature module such as
virtuemart.net/
there are also options just for CD's such as
extensions.joomla.org/extensions/e-commerce/shopping-cart/4214
there are many options see
extensions.joomla.org/index.php?option=c...cat_id=1805&Itemid=2
Or you can create buy now links with Pay Pal if you are selling just a couple of CD's
