How to get a horizontal scroller menu like Rocket Theme's

I looked at the various templates but couldn't find a replica of the horizontal menu found just below the header on pages like
www.rockettheme.com/joomla-templates/moxy
.
It seems similar to the VirtueMart menu but not quite.

Not the same but you might take a look at Hyperion.
RokIntroScroller is bundled with it ...
