As you may of noticed we've updated the RocketTheme website with some subtle changes.
We've added a demo/join now link to the top of every page so you can get to demos with only 1 click from any page. Also we've added a new showcase area with more room for screenshots. The blog section is now revamped and we've added an updates blog for all our clubs on the homepage. The sidebar has been tweaked so that it scrolls with you on longer pages (slight bug fixes for troublesome dynamic length pages is ongoing). Also we've moved the Tutorials and Labs top level sections into the Joomla club as these were entirely Joomla-based. This should cause less confusion for everyone.
Lastly, our little flying man easter egg has a new flight pattern
thats nice, still I'm not satisfied with the word "Help" as its containing addional information about pricing, licenses.
Hope you dont get my little critics wrong – but its perhaps more helpful then "wooohooo" from everybody ...
Screenshots in the rotator are a bit irrating with the rounded edges.
They shoud be easier to recognize as screenshots – a bit of a semantic error i would say.
(but much better then the "art-attack" before ...)
The space between the rotator and the "club-chooser" is a bit thin compared to the gap to the header. Little note: There is some room left – for a new club perhaps? We will see what Jan. 2010 will bring ...
In the "club-chooser" itself its not clear enough for me that you can click on the logos to get more information about different clubs.
Congratulations for the new signup panel on the top. Just one thing: the arrow of the "bubble" doesnt really fit in its hole of the orange panel.
Much better so now you finally get my "wooohooo" ... :cheesy:
BTW: When do I get "next/prev arrows" in Roktabs? Need them badly ...
You have them already prepared:
<!--<div class="roktabs-arrows">
<span class="previous">←</span>
<span class="next">→</span>
</div>-->
BTW Part 2: "Also we've added a new showcase area with more room for screenshots". Where is that? (Not satisfied with the actual selection ... )
It only behaves that way on the forum link
www.rockettheme.com/forum/
and the astroboy does not fly in IE8 on the same link, works fine on other pages...
