  • My questions aren't being answered!

    • Hi - usually I don't complain because I get great help from the admins here, but I have three questions that I've had posted for several days now and not one solution. I need help with the following and I can't seem to find it anywhere:

      1. Appending ?tstyle=style# or &tstyle=style# To URL's - www.rockettheme.com/forum/index.php?f=24...74475&rb_v=viewtopic

      2. Rok Comments giving Internal Server Error - www.rockettheme.com/forum/index.php?f=22...76318&rb_v=viewtopic

      3. Link in the caption - www.rockettheme.com/forum/index.php?f=20...76534&rb_v=viewtopic

      I ended up solving my own problem with Refraction, when Safari on the mac wouldn't render the correct css changes I had made in the parameters (custom). Had to hard code it in the styles.php file instead. But I had to dig around all the files and did trial/error before I was able to fix it. It would have been helpful if I had just received one word from an admin.

      Can my questions be answered? Or are there no answers at all to be had?

    • HI Andy, yes, this is true. I was getting frustrated because if you see from the dates of my original posts, they had been several days old already. I know you guys have TONS of responses to do, but when my projects are getting held up because I need clarification on something then I tend to get a little antsy. Everything got resolved now, thanks much.

    • I've notice a slower response time, too, compared to a year ago.

      But RT's got tons more members now, so it's the price of progress, I reckon.

      Tell you what, I'll be happy when you guys update RokBox to be able to have an external link added into the description area. I just found out the other day that it can't be done - BUMMER! I had to resort to using multibox and modifying a TON of code to get it to where I want, and believe me, I'd MUCH rather use your extension.

      Can't wait to see the October template! :D
