I'm wondering what the typical response time is for technical issues posted in the support forums? I've posted threads about four items over the last few days, and only one has been responded to.
I'm not trying to be impatient, but (like many others) I am building a site under a tight deadline. My issues might not all seem urgent, but even small cosmetic details can be important. And one is an issue concerning the reliability of a VM plug-in (with inconsistent behavior related to the "Add to Cart" button). Even if RT doesn't consider my issues important, they are important to the client and me.
I'm just wondering what the typical response time is, and when my issues will be addressed?
We do everything possible to answer or at least address all post in a timely manner. It is important that you provide adequate information when submitting a question to help the process. Also, I looked at all your post, and a couple of them were just posted this past Saturday and on Sunday. Today is only Monday.
Priority is given to post as a general rule:
* Product questions, template and extensions, are given first priority
* Custom Work given lower priority, unless it is simple and easy to answer
* Joomla questions sare given lower priority, unless it is simple and easy to answer
* Server questions are given lower priority, unless it is simple and easy to answer

Thanks for the reply. To clarify, the unanswered posts ranged from Thursday to Saturday, so they were about 2-4 days old without any response. There was also a post that you had replied to promptly. I appreciate that, but I was concerned about the others.
