Possible to upload Template Content without RocketLauncher?

- I recently used my hosts Fantastico to install Joomla 1.5. I installed my Rocket template and would like to upload the content from the template if possible. Is there a way to do so without having to start over using Rocket Launcher?

- If you want to replicate the same like the demo site, I think the best and faster way is just install the RocketLauncher manually without fantastico
