I had a membership subsricption which has expired, and I have noticed that I now have no access to the support forum for the template that I purchased. It seems a little unfiar to have to maintain a subsription in order to access the forum. Perhaps you should look at the model emplyed by joomlabamboo.com, where, as a previous member, I still have access to the forums for help.
I am using hivemind, and am in need of some help. Some suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks
Hi Terp, thank you for your response. I think I might be missing something, but I can only load modules to the "tab" positions (user 7-11) if I have activated roktabs. I was under the impression that if I loaded any module to those positions it would automagically render the tabs. Withour roktabs, nothing shows & the tutorial on the template demo is a bit thin.
B: subscribing to the template specific forums for a determined amount of time.
You are not purchasing a template with unlimited support, as you have access to the download area and can download any and all templates during your subscription period.
If you want continued support in template specific forums, your subscription has to be current, as described here:
