Help! Fatal error popped up

Hi Guys,
Came into work this morning, nothing had been changed and I am getting the current error on the site:
Fatal error: Cannot redeclare xyld() (previously declared in /var/virtual/web/w0698/html/blog/index.php(1) : eval()'d code:1) in /var/virtual/web/w0698/html/blog/wp-config.php(1) : eval()'d code on line 1

I have no idea how this came about or how to fix, could be something to do with the database?
