In my attempts to make my site rank better I have found that the main text of my front page does not appear at the top of the page as viewed by the search engines. (Using a tool like Lynx viewer) Instead all thetext for menus and modules seems to appear first then the article text.
Is there a way to change things (the template I guess) so that the article text appears first to a search engine. From what I have read this can be very important for good ranking, or do I have bad info on what is important?
I am using the Versatility II template
Thanks,

Basically I used a simulation crawler and it reported to me that there was only like 8 words of text in the page body. This confused me, as I had a full frontpage, with probably more like 3-5 thousand words. When I looked at what it saw as the body, it was reporting my page title as what it saw as the body. This was using the elixir 2.0 template. Not sure if it's a problem with how things are laid out in the template, or with how joomla sets the content up in it's cms..or jus tthat I don't know how to properly set it up for the crawledrs. In any case, I do believe it is something that needs to be discussed and hopefully solved:)
