Well I added mgmediabot and allinone media player... the pop up will play a video but I can not show a video in a artical? using a mambot... or if I use the wysiwyg editor and put pur html code.. it does work in html, but if i edit the artical again it will not work..
I have been told it a server issue ? if it is what do i need to tell my provider?
hope this makes sence...

Okay it's working re-installed and sent a ticket into server guys... nothing back from them, but its now working ...

- Dude, are you still using joomla version 1.0.11? Update to 1.0.12 and that will solve your problem.

Manne2004, if you're too busy to upgrade to 1.0.12, simply apply this patch (attached) to fix the restricted access issue. It involves replacing one file via ftp or joomlaxplorer.
instructions included. only takes 5mins at most.
note: the patch is not my work. it is an official patch from joomla.org.
