Hi:
I 'm member since 2007 and the service on forum was perfect. My last post on forums jul 21 and 9 october haven't been answered. What is the problem? , more work for phpbb3 club?, more work with k2?, more work with word press? , or too much memebers? need pay developer club for fast answer?
Is indisputable that the service in joomla forum is worse than one- two years ago. at least in my case
is possible tecnich problems?
i miss James , he answer me always fast and perfect

In fact I would like to have a little James right next to my monitors too, that gives me all the answers I need ... but I thinks that is not possible. Perhaps somebody invents RokJames someday.
Anyway I tried to respond to one of your questions. (though I cant compete with the big guys like Arifin or James). But I must say I had problems to understand your issue ...
I my opinion the support is still great – but obviously RT is growing and with it the amount of questions being asked ...
