Problem with getting Google see my pages

Hi All,
Problem is i can't get all my pages which are almost 36 now, indexed on google. I deleted all the "disallow" in my robots file, installed Xmap, submitted sitemape URL to google webmaster, but my pages still don't show up on google.
Anything else am missing people?
please help

ok it might be that i don't have an incoming link from a reputable site cos it's still newly launched? And i guess links coming from social networking sites don't count for Google.
Blogs, forums, articles and press release submission sites i think are the best. But i just wanted to be sure it's not the template, or the java-rich menu system not allowing bots to move about the site (pretty naive i know). Nothing wrong wit the sitemap i submitted to Google webmaster i hope cos it's showing a green tick and 37 submitted URLs..... but only 1 is indexed. - Captivating. Engaging. Stimulating.

i know i do too but they're not the most up-to-date pages and still has the https prefixed to the url although i changed this setting in the admin area to remove it.
and i have 36 other pages which are not yet indexed..

I took this snapshot today so that you guys know what i'm talking about.
I searched for site:www.kevinspire.com to see what's indexed under it.
As you notice the pages in the middle all have joomla defaults although on my site i have spent days only optimizing each and every page with keywords and metadata.
This image is hidden for guests.
Please log in or register to see it.
I submitted the site URL to google, i installed xmap and submitted a sitemap to google webmaster.
I also tried getting incoming links to the site via published articles and creating pages almost on each and every social site.
The bots are crawling, no errors.. but google just refuses to refresh its indexed urls to reflect my new ones! What else can i do!!! - Captivating. Engaging. Stimulating.
