Is there a way to get the layouts as just a normal html template?
I love the layouts but I am not a huge fan of using Joomla CMS

Clint,
RocketTheme does not offer HTML versions at this time. But you are entitled to modify them however you wish. So you could develop them yourself or find a 3rd party to do it for you.
