Metadata Information- Keyword (Dumb question)

Hi Guys,
This will sound dumb... but I just want to confirm how 'keywords' should be entered into the Metadata Information area in Joomla, and regard to comma separation, spacing.
Should it be A or B
A (no space after the comma)
bike,motorbike,bicycle,motorcycle
or
B (space after the comma)
bike, motorbike, bicycle, motorcycle
I've heard conflicting options!! Just want to confirm what is the correct way to do it.

I just noticed that Joomla automatically deletes the space out anyway after saving the article!!!!!
So that must answer that question...
Yes I've seen that video and I'm aware that google doesn't even use them anymore apparently, but it can help your site in other ways... so I hear.
Anyone else with an opinion on how many keywords, phrases or characters should be used?
