Rocket launcher and the latest Joomla version

Hello.
I am new here and have a basic question.
When I download an older template through rocket launcer and see that it is not the latest version of Joomla, do I want to upgrade to the newest version? So for example, I downloaded Synapse through the rocket launcher and noticed that the version of Joomla is 1.5.2. The current version of joomla is 1.5.14.

Sam,
The template version included in the Synapse RocketLauncher is 1.5.2 but the Joomla version is 1.5.13. In regards to your question, yes you should upgrade to the latest version of Joomla after you install the RocketLauncher.

- All RocketLaunchers are Joomla 1.5.14, the descriptions are incorrect in RokDownloads.

J 1.6 is supposed to be tableless.
I suppose that means Rocket Theme will eliminate tables in new templates, except for limited situations.
In the meantime, will templates with tables work in J 1.6?

AFAIK, the current templates will not work with 1.6, but I'm sure when the time comes, there will be 1.6 versions.
