    • Hello,

      After 10 days of struggling to install joomla on my webspace the support installed for me but they forgot to install the example data. The theme I have.

      How can I install the example data now? Please step by step or the link where to find it.

    • If it's still new site, the fastest and easiest way is reinstalling it again and don't forget to press the "Install Sample Data" button when you install it. Here is the video tutorial.

      Thanks for the advice but I have struggling 10 days to install the rocketlauncher pack without succes. Even with the right data in the fields It das not work. The support has install it today in a matter of minuits (how did they do that?) but forgot to install the sample data. If I do a fresh install I can never install the example data in the configuration screen. It's realy strange and I have no clue what is goiing wrong. Untill screen 6 all go's well but if I go further I get the mesage (xml responce returned from the server cannot be processed) and I have to start over again and again.

      Please advice,

    • Upload the zipped RL package and extract it on your server, this should take care of any missing files or permission problems you may have.
