Where to put the code in for Rok Box??

- I am really really new at this and I don't want to "f" up my template by "Testing" without knowing what is going to happen...and I tried searching this on the forum and on Google and found nothing except people downloading the rok box onto their ipod.....so, this is my question.. I want to put a video on my website where do I put the code, on my ftp site - if so where or what folder?? or on the template in joomla?? Any ideas, thanks much! Sara
