Hello,
I found some problems of speed with your templates, so I decided to have a look, with for example this web site :
websiteoptimization.com/services/analyze/
Finally, the RT Templates have big size of images, scripts, css, etc.
Is it possible to use your template'customization, keep the look of your template, but optimizing some parts to reduce the size of pages / Web site ? If I take a demo site, without doing anything, it's really enormous. If I change the text and put my images, it's still enormous. Must I change all images which do the structure of your site ? Idem : JS / css files are all necessary, or can I choose some of them and keep a good presentation ?

Those sites are by no means accurate. If that really was the case, the templates would load so incredibly slow which is clearly not the case.
Don't trust these sites as they portray the data in a way that doesn't reflect the actual site itself. - James Spencer / Developer & Support / Hull, UK

Also keep in mind that the templates are designed with flexibility. There is a tradeoff there too. I also suggest looking at other discussions on this topic. There have been many before yours
