joomla extensions on non joomla site

Hi all,
I just love all the nice extension there are for joomla especially those from rockettheme, and I was wondering if it was possible to use these extensions on a non-joomla website. (just html or php)
If anybody has a clue please post it here.

The only RT extension that has a standalone version is RokBox.
www.rockettheme.com/extensions-downloads/club/1005-rokbox
All the other require the Joomla core to function properly. - Thanks,

Such a pity though ! I would really like to use the extensions but with
a design I created myself...
for 2 reasons:
1. code it for seo
2. 100% unique design.
I know this is off topic in regards to my post but would you know how well joomla and SEO go together as opposed to html pages. And if there are any guides on creating your own joomla templates ?

Ye, I was thinking about that, but the site has to be highly SEO
and I question the extend of joomla's compatibility with SEO.
Also would you know to convert it ? (other then hiring someone to do it of course)

I have used a Dreamweaver plugin from M65.. works quite well.
