Thank you HANNING, this worked for me as well using Chimera Template (29 NOV 2014) ... here are the steps:
(1.) Upload the NEW rockettheme.png (179x38) file to REPLACE the /templates/rt_chimera/images/utilities/rockettheme.png
(2.) Edit Hyperlink at /templates/rt_chimera/features/branding.php
(3.) To DISABLE go to Extensions > Template Manager > Chimera Default Master > Features Tab > Branding Button > OFF (copyright-a)
