help with installation of rocketlaunchers

Hi everyone,
i bought mynxx and moxy template.
I have a web supplier who configure joomla 1.5 under my domain, followed the totorials to install the templates and worked fine. I wanted to install the rocketlauncher for both templates to have them as they look like in your web,( i just installed the templates ) but after reading a few tutorials, realized that they have to be installed in a new joomla installation in order to look like the demos in your web..
I have all my passwords fine: cpannel and ftp user, and was wondering if anyone has any info in doing what i need wich is to re-install jommla with both rocket launchers.
Im afraid to do something wrong and screw up what my web supplier did for me
