Adding sample content after installation

Hi!
All of my Joomla websites are installed using Fantastico or SImpleScripts. The major benefit to me is one button Joomla version upgrades.
So I that means I can't use RocketLauncher to install Joomla with all the sample data included in the demos.
Is there a way to easily add the demo data after I install Joomla? This would be very helpful.

- Since RocketLauncher also including all the extensions and the settings, I would highly recommend you to install RocketLauncher instead of using Fantastico. You can install this extension to make easy the upgrade of your Joomla

- I too would like to install sample data post template install. I attempted RocketLauncher, but the host I'm using couldn't seem to accommodate it. I continually lost FTP connection, in spite of numerous troubleshooting attempts. So I backtracked and used my host's Joomla installation... followed by a Reaction bundle install. No sample data. It would really help me to learn this template if I had it. Help!

Upload the zipped Rocket Launcher to your host and extract it on the server. - Thanks,

- Thank you for your replies to my request for a solution to adding sample data after a Joomla Installation. It appears I am not the only one. Let us hope that somepone has a solution and will share it.
