    • hello!

      Can someone please let me know if it matters that I need to have phpBB3 and Joomla using the same database when using rokbridge or can / should you use different databases? does it matter? benefits? trade-offs?

    • We have it on the same database here at rockettheme.com, but really doesn't matter too much.

      Andy, that link doesn't work for me. It says I don't have authorization. I'm an up-to-date joomla club member, but not sure if that is going to a different area or the link might need more info. I'm interested to read that link.

    • Now after going through the separate database idea, it might be beneficial to have the database be part of the phpBB3 since when you do a full site backup using some of the helpful tools out there, it would back up your entire database in one step.
