HI All,
The company I work for currently have problems with our website. The RokVirtueMart Scroller on the front page did not work and stopped working randomly. After checking all the relevant boxes, it still would not work and we had to remove the RokVMScroller from our website.
The other problem that we have is that for all of our website's products that are on a Joomla base, the 'add to cart' button no longer functions. Hence it does not show the customer their shopping cart after they have pressed the button. Yet every time you click on the 'add to cart' button, it adds another of the same item to your cart. We know this because the 'add to cart' links from the Rok Virtuemart scroller were still working.
