    Template Manager

Posted 15 years 5 months ago
    • General question I hope... once I upload a template to the Joomla back end, there are usually two additional (I suppose default) templates left in the 'system' - I think beez and JA_purity might be examples - can these be deleted, or is there a specific purpose to keeping them there?
      Thanks.

    • I have been deleting them before I move the site from my testing server to its final home.

    • Retired, but build and run websites for organisations of school leaders and others - e.g. http://www.icponline.org, http://www.aspa.asn.au, http://www.appa.asn.au

    • The only times that I have used those templates is to test a non-working third-party component or plugin to see if it works with them.
