I'm starting to get the hang of Joomla and really like it. But just hit a wall over something simple. So far I have created articles with the main menu. For my articles page for example I now have stories that I just created which will not be part of the main menu and I have no idea how to publish them if they're not part of it. I just want them to be links and accessible from the articles page. Basic stuff. Used to be HTML pages with links to the relevant pages. Would appreciate your wisdom on this. Thanks much!

Hello lan,
When linking to another article within an article you will have to add the link by hand just as you do in a static html page.
There may be another way... but the technique I use is to make a dummy menu either in one of the columns or at the bottom of the page. Assign the articles to the menu and publish it. Now you can click on the menu items, copy and paste the needed url. After you have completed using the menu, disable it.
