Mynxx Template issues with VirtueMart

Hello,
After some playing, I've narrowed my errors down to a template issue.
Here is the problem:
In IE, the buttons are not showing up for selecting a shipping method. Thus making it impossible for someone to select a method and place an order:

As long as I have only one shipping method, by default, it will work.
It's when I have multiple selections for shipping methods, when I get the above issues.
Here is the shop address (even though as of right now, I am using Flex Ship since the UPS module isnt working):

Using the current versions of Virtuemart 1.1.4 and Joomla 1.5.x
Also, some users have emailed me stating that the add to cart buttons are not working when they click on them. I can't pinpoint their issues because it has been working fine in my firefox and safari version.

I still need some suggestions as to how to fix this.
I had to remove the UPS Module because no customers could select the shipping options due to the fact that the radio buttons were not showing up.
Any help would be greatly appreciated, or I will unfortunately have to use a different template
