How to identify items on the page

Is there a way I can look at my demo page and identify the items and locations so I can quickly edit or unpublish them? For example, I'm using Moxy and there is a section called 'satisfied clients' or 'featured projects', but it's difficult to go in an edit these without knowing how to locate them in the backend. Any suggestions? (BTW, I do understand the 'module positions' page, but there are still items that are difficult to find...like the top side menu in Moxy, and the items that are titled as a module, rather than an article)
