infuse contact us not working

Hi all,
I have tried everthing in the forum to get my 'contact us' page working but no luck.
i know the email address is working because i've tested it externally.
When i hit send it tells me 'Thankyou for your email'. So you think its sent, but it actually doesn't send anything to my email inbox..... any suggestions pls

You have to check and see if you have configured your e-mail properly in Global Configuration/Server.
This is more of a server configuration issue than a template issue... - Thanks,
