Template Temporarily Broken On Page Load

I'm not sure whether this is a template issue or some other problem. I am using IE8 on multiple systems and in multiple virtual machines with no issue however my friend is also running IE8 on multiple systems with this issue. On page load or refresh on certain pages (not all) the flash banner loaded in the logo module position of the Solar Sentinal template is momentarily shifted to the right about 5 pixels then returns to normal. The flash banner is the exact size required to fill the module space (960px wide), if i resize the flash it then leaves a dead space to the right once fully loaded. I have tried just about everything I can think of to force it to stay on the left with no success. If anyone has any ideas I would greatly appreciate the assistance.
Edit; I completely forgot to include a link, here's a link to one of the pages that this bug appears on. As I mentioned before it only seems to be broken on some systems and not all.
