Okay, so here's the sit:
I have Joomla 1.5.15 running CB and using the Refraction template. All of that works peachy, so no prob there. I also have phpbb3 3.0.6 installed with rockbridge installed and running like a champ with the Refraction template there as well. The exporter is successfully exporting the mainmenu to the top of the forums without issue, however... doncha just love howevers?
Anyhow...
Everything was working perfectly until... who knows when but at some point when I click on a link on the forums, it adds this lovely portion to the end of the url:
&rb_v=adm
I mean it adds it to every link "inside the phpbb forum" so that means that it DOES NOT add that to the exported menu at the top of the forums. Also, when I'm in the ACP and I ditch the cache, I go to click on a link from there (keep in mind that I'm in the ACP, ie: the backend) and blamo, I'm back to the log into the ACP page of the forum?!?!?!? I'm like WTH?
So yeah, I'm irritated beyond belief at this point and I honestly don't know what I've done wrong. Everything was working just fine... I noticed this when I was testing out my links on the forum after logging into Joomla and bridging over to the forum then back again. Also, when I'm not logged into the page and I remove all cache from my browser (Firefox) I get the same issue, it's like the bridge or the exporter (which I honestly doubt is the culprit) has decided for whatever reason to simply add that junk to every link.
I've also tested this out on Safari and I still get the same prob, so it's totally not a browser issue. Anything, and I do mean just about anything would help at this point...
Also, I've signed up to become a member of the Extensions group for 3 days in a row now and either someone is not allowing me to or it times out? Who knows but I'd rather post this into one of those forums instead of haphazardly posting here...
I'm sorry if I come off "bitchy" but I'm just really frustrated with this. I was about totally finished with all the setup of the site and was ready to finally start adding real content to it when I found this lovely gem of an error...
UPDATE:
Okay, so I went into the joomla backend, clicked on Components > Rokbridge and uninstalled the following:
1. phpBB3 Patch
2. RokBridge Specific Indexes for phpBB3
3. phpBB3 Authentication Plugin
4. phpBB3 Bridge
Tested the forums out by first typing in the /forum for the bridge and as expected I got a 404 error. So far so good. Anyhow, I then typed in /distribution hoping to hit the front page of the forum, and I did! So now that I've done that, I started testing out links on the forum side of things and lo' and behold, they all work, no more annoying redirect!
Okay, so it was the bridge that was making this happen... Could it be that I installed the patch? I'm going to go test that all again and report back my findings... - And on the 8th day God made a backup!

FIXED!!!!
Okay, so like I uninstalled/reinstalled the rokbridge component and tested, same issue... So I started fiddling around with the settings in there and decided to use Link Format = Synced and tested to find that it worked like a champ! Now I don't know if this is an issue/known issue or what but if it's a real bug then I guess you guys have the "issue" and resolution. - And on the 8th day God made a backup!

Great to hear that you finally solved it and reported the solution.
