    • If you just need a form and the fields emailed to you or something simple, perhaps RSForms or ChronoForms or one of the many others in the Joomla Extension directory?\

      If you need a lot more horsepower for data manipulation, Fabrik ( www.fabrikar.com ) is unrivaled. ;)

    • RSForm!Pro is my choice.

      As Terp mentioned, if you need more functionality Fabrik may be the way to go.
