How to change View More button text to other language

In front page there are many View More and read more button. I changed to site language but View More button and read more text no changed.
How can i change button text to other language.

I think an easy was would be to use the rokcady macros to insert your own text, this will also let you pick the destination of the 'read more' button.
Should be the last two items in rokcandy macros. Other than that, I know of no other way. Hope that helps.<a href="{url}" class="readon">{text}</a>
