Footer shows many times wrong randomly

Hi all and thank you in advance.
Congratulations for your high quality templates and site.
I try a look to find my question already answered in the forum, without success.
Getting a surprise random failure in my website’s footer, I try to explain as clear as possible:
First time the page load, everything is right and the footer shows right, but if reload page, sometimes the first, other after two or three attempts, the footer shows as if page can’t interpret RockCandy and / or html code.
So page shows as in the below screenshots. Can somebody help me ??

- Hmm i wonder if there is anything wrong with the RokCandy code. The [footer] code looked a bit suspicious but i'm not sure. Try comparing with the demo site.
- Please reply with a direct link to the issue & create a new thread for each new issue.

Hi prim, thank you for your kind answer.
Now I have put the exact code as in the demo footer, and when fail shows, also into user 7 location whith the original code. :shock:
I can' imagine where is the problem.
