I have a developer which I created a user for. I had to pay a retainer for the developer to get started on a my site. I am getting worried as the guy told me he wanted to get started two days ago. He wanted upfront payment to do that. I did in good faith and having received 1 out of 3 responses to reference inquiries I figured it was probably okay. Now what has me concerned is his lack of response to the site. I checked the User Manager and he has not logged in yet and he was payed 2 days ago. Saying he really wanted to get started. Does Joomla or some extension or component monitor how long a person is logged in and or how many times they have logged in.
Could you advise me ....if so what is that tool? I desperately need to know. I may have gotten taken advantage of and may be dealing with a long drawn out process to recover the retainer.

You could install clicky:
getclicky.com
and RokClicky:
extensions.joomla.org/extensions/site-ma.../site-analytics/7783
and get plenty of information on your visitors, actions, length of session, referrer, browser used, etc.
If you have an iPhone, you can see your data when visiting i.getclicky.com/
For other phones, a generic version is available: m.getclicky.com - Yves

Ah thank you sir. Thank you thank you thank you....! After two full days and a morning your response and the developer finally got back with me just minutes after I posted this. Whew! I guess I am getting paranoid.
I just had a client for my business bail on me. 20 hours of billed work actually 40 real hours and we just found out he has sold his company to someone who knows nothing of course about the work we did. I have been paranoid that people are just failing in their commitments and integrity in this day and age. I wish my father and grandfather were alive. When they gave their word they did it. Everytime without question. Thank you. - What would you attempt to do if you knew you could not fail ?

I sucessfully installed the RokClicky and now I cannot find it. I went to the plugin section and enabled it. But I do not know how to monitor it. My friend Bernhard Lutz from Gaissau, Austria next to a Lake "Bodensee". He tells me I am not that sharp at the obvious. So where does the console for that tool go? I am lost? - What would you attempt to do if you knew you could not fail ?
