Can you tell me how this hover effect (SEE ATTACHED) on your actual ROCKETHEME WEBSITE is created.
(when you place your mouse over the varous extension description)
This image is hidden for guests.

Is there a JOOMLA extension that can help.

This is a custom tooltip, developed only for RocketTheme site.
You could try TooltipGC: www.joomlack.fr.nf/en/demos-d-extensions...oltip-infobulle.html
After installation, css can be found in /plugins/content/tooltipgc/tips.css -
