I am new to Joomla and would like to know if there are any freelance developers available to assist with a project(s).
Essentially, I would provide you with a complete site map and navigational flow chart, along with all graphics, etc. I would also provide you with a "this/that should go here/there" specifications list so you would know exactly what need to be done. No guesswork.
