    • Normal Joomla way:

Create a menu link and publish it, then copy the link from your browser, that's your hyperlink.

      Better way:

Install JCE Editor and use the advanced link editor to automatically generate the correct URLs for you (no need to create a menu link first).

In 1.0.x it's an addon - it comes as standard with the latest beta though (as does the advanced image manager).

You could either upgrade (recommended) or download the plugin...

    • Maybe I don't understand your query correctly, but here's what I do:

      Create Static Content, publish it.

Go to your admin backend and go to Menu/ Menu you want the link to appear in.

      Click New.

Choose Link - Static Content. (see attached image)

In the next window simply choose the Static Content that you had created.

Apologies if I am offbase on what you need to do.

      Cheers!

    • Dan thanks for the help... I found it and it's working great!!
Ronald D. , it can be done that way but after the initial setup the site content will be maintained by others that are non technical so i did not want to go throught the hassel of showng them a "work around"..
