Cannot install new module... help

Hello,
I have a problem with my Joomla...
I dont know why but I cant install a new module AND I cant change something on my template manager !
When I try to install a new module, I have this error :
* JFTP::store: Bad response
* Warning! Failed to move file.
* JFTP::mkdir: Bad response
* JFTP::chmod: Bad response
* Unable to create destination
AND when I go on Template Manager, I change for exemple the size of a colomn, I click on SAVE and I have an error AND my file params.ini is empty !!!
Someone have an idea ?
Maybe a permission problem but I dont know where searsh....
All works before but I dont know why now that dont works...

Goto global configuration, click on the server tab and look for ftp configuration and check if it is turned on that the right user name and password is entered, as well as the web root.
Otherwise go to tools, system information and check the directory permissions are all green.

I check for global configuration and...
I dont remember if the FTP password is good, then I change it and I click on SAVE !
Now, I have an error :
JFTP::write: Bad response
An Error has occurred! Unable to open configuration.php file to write!
And when I go my website, I have this error :
Configuration file not found : Exit...
I recopy from a backup, the configuration file and now the site is up.
other idea ?
Apparently, I can save anything on my administration !!!

- In the Joomla root directory you will find configuration.php. Try chmod that file to 646.
- Please reply with a direct link to the issue & create a new thread for each new issue.

try but same problem...

AND my configuration.php is empty !!! but he stay in 646
other idea ?
